Our batteries come with warranties ranging from 1 to 5 years for your peace of mind. In the rare case of a manufacturing fault, we will send a replacement within 48 working hours and collect the faulty battery free of charge.

Before processing a replacement, our technical team will diagnose the issue over the phone and provide assistance. Please note that flat (discharged) batteries are not covered—only manufacturing defects qualify for a replacement.
